1. Filling Up Information

When you fill out our inquiry forms or pop-up forms, you agree to provide accurate and true information. Your Name, Phone Number, Destination preference, and Travel Dates are collected solely for the purpose of communicating with you and curating your travel itinerary.

• WhatsApp Communication: By submitting your number, you consent to be contacted via WhatsApp or phone call by IUExplore representatives.
• Privacy: We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketing agencies.
• ID Proofs: For Bhutan and Sikkim permits, valid Government ID (Passport/Voter ID/Aadhaar) is mandatory. Failing to provide correct IDs may result in trip cancellation without refund.

2. Traveling With Us

Traveling in the Himalayas (Bhutan, Sikkim, Darjeeling, Dooars) involves unpredictable weather and terrain conditions. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

• Itinerary Changes: Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road blocks, landslides, or local authority restrictions. IUExplore is not liable for refunds for missed sightseeing due to natural calamities.
• Permits: Bhutan permits are subject to approval by the Royal Government of Bhutan. IUExplore will facilitate the process but is not responsible for rejections.
• Behavior: Travelers are expected to respect local cultures, especially in monasteries and remote villages. Any damage to hotel property or vehicles by the traveler will be chargeable directly to the traveler.

3. Payments & Cancellations

To confirm a booking, an advance payment is required. The balance must be cleared before or upon arrival.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to travel date will receive a 70% refund of the advance. Cancellations within 15 days are non-refundable.
• Hotel Tariffs: During peak seasons (October-December, March-May), hotel tariffs are high, and early booking is required. No refunds will be given for early check-outs.
